Having worked as an HR professional in the private sector for over 20 years, Harvey has developed a deep understanding of learning & development from strategy through to ‘point of delivery’.His working career has been predominantly in the retail and service industries, where he has occupied both junior and senior roles in Human Resources and L&D: ranging from administrator to coordinator; from practitioner to manager; and from internal consultant to strategist.
He has presented case-studies of his work at professional forums, sat on national advisory panels, and has earned industry recognition for his work in this field. Harvey has also delivered training as part of the faculty for the Adair Leadership Foundation.
